What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers (including Google profile if you use Google sign-in).
- Practice data: the answers you type, job descriptions you paste, sessions, and AI-generated feedback.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only your subscription status, plan, and customer ID.
- Usage data: standard logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- Operate the Service — generate feedback, track progress, deliver Pro features.
- Process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
- Improve reliability and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your practice content to train external models.
Subprocessors
- Supabase — database, authentication, hosting.
- Stripe — payments and billing portal.
- Google AI / Lovable AI Gateway — generating feedback from your answers.
- Firecrawl & OpenWeb Ninja — fetching and analyzing public job descriptions you submit.
Your rights
Access, export, or delete your data anytime. Email support@aimockprep.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database rows are isolated per user with row-level security.
