Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AI Mock Prep ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What we provide
The Service offers AI-generated mock interviews, written practice, and feedback. AI feedback is illustrative, not professional career advice, and may contain inaccuracies.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and any activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Pro plans are billed monthly via our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; you retain Pro access through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape content, or submit content that violates law or third-party rights.
6. Content
You own the answers you submit. You grant us a license to process them solely to operate the Service (e.g. generate feedback). We do not sell your content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interview outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
